The site is: https://4us.com and it lets you vote on bills just like your Representatives do. You can vote FOR or AGAINST on bills dating back to 100th Congress and when you vote your votes are instantly compared to all the votes of all current and former Representatives and Senators. Based on how your votes compare you then get approval ratings to tell you how well you're being represented. Each bill also has simplified summaries and comment sections where users try to help others and post short summaries.
Example if my Senators in Texas are Ted Cruz and John Cornyn and our votes don't really match (approval rating below 50%) maybe I shouldn't vote for them in the elections. It's a powerful metric to really see how their views align with ours (by comparing their actual vote on the bills with your votes).
