This did indeed work for me- however, Windows Update didn't pop up for me automatically. I kind of stared at the screen wondering if it did anything for a couple of minutes and re-ran the command again. I figured it wasn't working after awhile, but when I manually started up Windows Update, it showed that it was downloading. (This was coming from a Win 8.1 setup)

Another thing is, I had the icon for the upgrade in my taskbar but it would fail to launch. I had to install all available updates for win7 before the win10 upgrade program would launch.
