Better to uninstall from ssd and reinstall on hdd.

When I have to rebuild my pc, I always save the setup files.

Although it may work, you are better off deleting and reinstalling. If it does work you will probably just end up with duplicate files on both hard drives and perhaps saving files onto the old save file path on the sdd. Worst that can happen is that you try it and it doesn't work. Wouldn't screw anything up.
