Well, here's the thing about that. Art, especially visual art, have the "interpretation" aspect to them, and that's pretty much it. Basically the formula is: generate anything one off from the norm and you have art. Many people don't even interpret things the same so it doesn't even matter what the result is with almost anything.

The only counter example to this I can think of is with old video games. Historically, when games iterated they'd strictly improve aspects of the game as the technology enabled them, and to my point above the graphics would improve. And back in the day it wasn't always obvious what an illustration was supposed to look life if portrayed IR; the sequel games improved the graphics in the way the audience expected. And this was special because there were no online forums with people spewing every thought that came to their mind. They were properly conveying what people in their living rooms thought. Now I'm sure this could all be demystified and every reason for this could be listed off, but that's not my point. My point is that this is a counter example to the "any interpretation'll do" formula I gave above.

I don't believe for a second that creativity isn't very quickly being replaced. I mean, I'm not even sure what aspect of creativity hasn't been replaced. Maybe telling the computer to draw you something in a certain style? Isn't that pretty easy to imagine happening though? Go to google images > do search > apply style > insert other images according to overlapping rules based on machine learning, and that'll get you almost everything needed. And this overlapping algo I'm talking about was actually done in ?2013? I wanna say, maybe 2014, where Google was inserting a picture of some guy in people's photos. I don't know who the guy was or why it was funny, but people thought it was pretty humorous.

Do you have any examples of visual creativity, that isn't done or is far out there yet?
