the weird, and i mean REALLY weird thing is
1: clearly, i've not searched anything out of the ordinary
2: it shows up every time i go to a youtube video...
3: appearently lots of people has this issue. googles "suspicious" activity filter is as precise and elegant as their auto DMCA system...
4: both html5 video works perfectly in ANY other browser, AND no message either... what the hell, i even deleted all google and youtube cookies.... are they seriously hiding some sort of cookie to keep me out of youtube...? if so, what is it even called... (plus, i just use opera more and more, for that reason)... and WHY ME?! am i "too controversial"? are any other dear "non politically correct/anti sjw" voaters experiencing anything similar?

I swear google does it on purpose, Chrome works perfectly but FF and palemoon all stutter for me too.
You could try Waterfox x64 portable. It stores all data in 1 folder, so you could easily overwrite it to test the cookie problem.
