They probably dont actually believe that. They really want to control and harm sales to a business they dont agree with; hopefully putting them out of business and making them go away.

When something doesn't make sense, the answer is usually money. For example, Albuterol Inhalers were banned when they went generic in the US, because they could harm the ozone layer.

All the while, the pharmaceuticals were/are trying to push a very dangerous and inefficient asthma medication called Advair. This drug causes sudden death in people and is insane how the FDA has even approved this yet tried to ban albuterol, a life saving and efficient medication. It is on the World Health Organization's "list of essential medicines needed in a basic healthcare system." Yes, the FDA/America is looking to ban a medication that even third world countries poverty stricken countries should have access to, and replace it with a costly, inefficient (people can die from an asthama attack if not efficiently treated) and dangerous (sudden death as a side effect) medication. This is what happens when criminal cartels take over the government. This is what happens when zionists migrate and take over a country, they are a fucking scourge. I strongly recommend reading Henry Ford's the international Jew as it documents their rise after they migrated to the US in the 1880's. Disclaimer: Jews are cool people. It's the Zionist cartel that is a problem, and many of it members aren't even Jewish, it's just a powerful and shady mafia that uses race/religion to disguise itself.

My wife's asthma inhalers went from $10 to CFC free version that cost $65 because doesn't have a generic like the older one. They had my wife on advare for a while not anymore. My father in law used advance up until the day he died. His lungs failed....

Right I misspoke as I am not fully educated on the matter (that was mostly from my recollection, I should have researched it better). What they did was ban CFC containing inhalers, because somehow a few people spraying these is worst than all the cars and factories combined. (I don't think it would be possible to ban Albuterol with a massive public outcry as people/kids would just die.) Anyway, the ban on CFC contaiing inhalers raised the prices to $50-70. They are trying to raise the price of albuterol and get people to buy Advair, which can cause sudden death. It's only as shitty as they can get away with.

I had one that was 100% stainless steel. I made it from SS tubing and LOX fittings.

It makes the Bible Thumpers more secure to see this kind of thing. It is entirely about helping conservatives know who to vote for in the next election. Behind every one of these law you will find a GOP legislator.

heres whats so fucked up, though. Genesis 1, 29 says god gave man ALL seed bearing plants. ALL.

God doesnt have a problem with weed. I dont understand where or how the thumpers got the notion to be soooooooo preachy about it.

Maybe put the bong down. Then run and win a seat for your cities council. There you could get laws like the removed.

Most of those of businesses are shady as fuck and operate like reckless as possible assholes, who do in fact target youth, so there's that.

Are we really supposed to feel so sorry for them when you've got a cult of glorified high school drop outs charging people hundreds of dollars for one of the world's most abundant substances, passed off as necessary for "medical" and "connoisseur" use, while priced like high art, when it takes them thirty minutes to make and is all but guaranteed to break in a month?

I suggest that they're just not the ones whose rights to exploit the ignorant that we need to be most concerned with, and that if they ever acted above board and had ever established even a modicum of credibility it would be a much sadder affair than it actually is.

As it stands it's really a junk product and representative of irresponsible and destructive use. Why should that be further glorified and put on display? You've already got YouTube for that.

Dealers don't check ID. The more you try to push it underground the more you expose yourself to shitty side effects of an unregulated industry. How about the part where it's coming out that Colorado Marijuana has pesticides on it? At least because it's legal we know about it and can fix it. How often do illegal growers have that stuff on their products and we never know?

Or like when the US and Mexico sprayed paraquat over the fields.

What do I give a shit about checking ID? I'm not adopting the youth concern trolling. I'm just pointing out that the industry absolutely targets youth. They'll continue to do so even while checking ID and saying "come back when you're 25". That's just the kind of shit bags that they are, who are only concerned with themselves and their rent seeking schemes.

The pesticides thing, yeah that's a good one. You should see the contrived, imposed clusterfuck that's in Canada, with its corrupt and conflicted regulator and cheerleading backwards stock pumping subversive media.

What I'm seeing in Colorado is backwards movement at lightning speed in terms of reasonable access rights because the unfettered profiteering by tax barons trumps all things and if it's anything like here that also means get used to those yummy pesticides.

The place I work for isn't shady at all. We have those because there is a market for them. The fact that It is is illegal at this point in life in life is, well, retarded. People will buy those and it doesn't matter who it is. I sell to equal amounts of people old and young.

Not showing "things" is not curbing anything.

We have those because there is a market for them.

That's shady right there. I could detail for you the drivers of said industry and I promise you they're shady as fuck. To pass that shit off as though it's high art, worth as much as they charge, required for medical use, or provides a connoisseur experience, or even at all capable of either is all absolute predatory and opportunistic bullshit.

There's a market for it because it's a fucking circus side show industry that's one giant echo chamber and circle jerk full of self promoting inbreds. No shit there's a market for it then, but is it a good direction for the industry? Fuck no, but opportunistic shithead profiteers really don't care while they've got it made in the short term.

If not having items on display is not curbing anything then why are they crying about it? It must be at least a little effective. But I will agree, it's not the solution that's required. But it's also not for outsiders to impose credibility on a filthy, corrupt, and incestuous industry. So if they ever once took that upon themselves then perhaps they'd have more sway when it comes to things like this. As it stands they could be bulldozed and I still wouldn't give a single shit.

As someone who works in a smoke shop selling glass, it is lucrative. There's money to be made, so of course someone will jump on it. Honestly, people will get it anyways, so what's the harm in regulating it? Banning shit in the past has never worked, look at weed and alcohol if you need a source. I keep my glass for several years at a time. I know there are dumb mother fuckers out there that break their glass all the time, but it's their money to spend, so who am I to say no?

Yes it is very lucrative and that's why they deliberately exercise the worst judgement. Yet it remains destructive use and works against itself especially while notions such as doctors as gatekeepers still exist. Because it's going right back to a pill you see, with the legislation mandating it to follow and they'll use assholes such as this as the justification for it. But hey, it was lucrative, for a bunch of brainless, self defeating drop outs, and the deliberate faux compassion cartel snakes who've set them up to profit off of them while snaring the industry in their contrived doublethink all in the name of profiteering while undermining the sole rights for reasonable access to it.

Bongs are made to be broken so don't blame your customers for helping to rip them off when you're not doing anything else to improve on it. That's poor form. Yes look at alcohol, you get the glass with it, that doesn't cost you hundreds of dollars, and throw it out when you're done.

The problem is with the industry itself that deliberately suffocates and stagnates innovation that threatens it since it's essentially a giant pig pen. I get that you work in a bong shop and have your own views and that's great but know that my experience and perspective is radically different.
