I think you should be a bit more specific. Obviously if you go up to some random guy and insult him or his family you might get your ass kicked. I don't think too many people on here give a shit about that type of speech. However, if you make an intellectually rigorous claim on a college campus and have other students try to get you expelled or silence you, that is a totally different story.
