LOL. No, but putting some rules into place would help. He is currently mulling over the idea of establishing a mechaism whereby users can remove troublesome mods. I am merely providing examples of exactly WHY he is on the right track. Also, in the FAQs he flat out states that he envisioned this site as an open forum where stufff would not be censored (so long as it was legal). There is no way he can surf the whole site so I'm just pointing stuff out.

Also, when mods circle up and back each other and start to use their powers to silence people they disagree with how do you propose that it "solve itself"?

If civil discussion cant find a solution (maybe both parties are unwilling to compromise) and the community is unhappy enough with its mods or admins, it has shown time and time again that it will simply find an alternative [edit: by alternative I mean another community, whether it be newly created by expats or existing]. I cant tell a community of people how they should solve their problems, that is up to them to come to a conclusion, form a plan, and execute it.

If all alternatives fail, there is 1 solution that works without fail.
