Only after pushing for reform of the Electoral College.

The Electoral college should NOT be winner-take-all. The electoral votes should be tied to the house districts.

Senate votes go to the popular vote winner, but each house electorate goes to the candidate who wins in that district.

This would break up California's 55 votes probably into 25 - 30 per candidate, rather than all 55 to the single candidate that LA/SF/etc want.

That is a simple EC change and can be done in every state. I'm sure Upstate NY also feels the same. Why should all of NY's EC votes follow what NYC wants?

Bullshit, but can easily be changed.
This would lower the possibility of cheating, because each district would need to be handled independently, and not a single "chosen" county being the choice for ballot fraud.
