The issue is that while masks have been proven to be effective at reducing the intake of water droplets, they do not slow the transmission rate of virus. So, mechanically, THEY SHOULD, but for reasons, they don't.
Same as cleaning surfaces, washing hands etc. All these things reduce the intake of the virus mechanically, but none of them actually slow the transmission rate.

You don't even need redpills.
Just go right to the horses mouth 0 the CDC itself tells you that masks do not slow the transmission of the virus.
