Yes! And it’s so so bad for you. Copied and pasted this excellent comment by user udo
Soy, and Vegetarian Mothers, horrible proven effects on males!
Lots of science studies for humans exist : Mothers that report eating a lot of soy as side effect of vegetarian lifestyle have two proven unwanted side effects :
1 > Newborn males have dramatically more hypospadias (small deformed penis)
2 > Newborn males exist less in birth ratio. Instead of traditional 106 boys per 100 females, its a shocking 80 boys per 100 females, if mom ate soy from being a vegetarian.
Lots of overlapping studies, because its a simple thing to do research on, if not trying to prove cause and effect, but merely prove association. You merely give forms to all mothers in hospital, and the mothers claiming to be vegetarian, you tabulate the baby gender, and measure the baby penis.
BBC : "'More girl babies' for vegetarians":
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/869696.stm
500% to 300% more babies with dramatically shrunken deformed penis if mother ate soy:
A maternal vegetarian diet in pregnancy is associated with hypospadias. The ALSPAC Study Team. Avon Longitudinal Study of Pregnancy and Childhood. :
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10619956
There is no debate: Soy is packed with phytoestrogens (Estrogen hormones) and in primates it has dire effects.
"Soy Boy" is a real thing, the socialist left , and Vegetarians, wants to hide.
Soy also affect SPERM PRODUCTION in males :

Vegan Parents also ruin IQ of their kids, making them retarded from lack of vitamin B12!
This makes the kids more likely to be Trannies if boys, from low IQ and extra Soy estrogens.
No plants in the world have measurable amounts of b12 and IQ in vegans is lower from lack of b12!
B-12 deficiency is known to be associated with cognitive impairment, and no plant matter grown has b12, only rotting wet garbage or pills :

TL/DR : Soy Parents create small deformed penis boys with low IQ and also have dramatically defective sperm, proven in many science papers

Another scientific paper on the subject:
Estrogens in the daily diet: In vitro analysis indicates that estrogenic activity is omnipresent in foodstuff and infant formula
Soy lecithin, in particular, is in damn near everything now.
Check ingredients lists. Look for things that contain sunflower lecithin instead of soy.

Thanks for the links.
You are fantastic.

Even if you can't cook, a grocery store rotisserie chicken and 'steam in bag' frozen vegetables are a healthy meal compared to frozen dinners or takeout.

In the future, it'll be a rotisasoy

And you'll get it at the grosoyry store.

Textured vegetable protein? That's soy too

This and unnamed vegetable oil
This is in everything
That's why I make stuff from scratch whenever possible

They also hide soy under different names. Vegtable oil is 100% soy bean oil. Don't believe me, look at the main ingredient of vegtable oils in your local store.
Also, stay the fuck away from Canola oil. It's an industrial lubricant that was rebranded as "heart healthy" cooking oil. It's actually made from rape seeds which trigger inflammation in mamals.

Well fuck and I was regularly using that too. What oils do you recommend?
Saw these on some keto page: Sesame Oil – Avocado Oil – Coconut Oil – Olive Oil – Hazelnut Oil – Walnut Oil

If somebody else is making your food before you buy it then you should assume it has soy and other processed shit in it. It isn't difficult or time consuming to make simple and healthy foods for yourself.
Yeah a pot pie is time consuming to make but what if you bake some chicken breasts and have some frozen peas & carrots that you cook in the microwave. It's maybe 5 more minutes of prep than a frozen pot pie, but way healthier, less expensive, and just as good. Salt & pepper the chicken breasts, bake at 450 for like 17 minutes, pour a can of condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup over them and put it back in for another 5 minutes, serve with peas and carrots on the side. Alternatively, dump all those ingredients in the slow cooker. That meal is basically a chicken pot pie but without the breading. Real easy.
Edit: I checked my cans of soup and it has some soy protein listed down towards the bottom of the ingredient list. It's a small enough amount that I'm comfortable using it as listed above but it's in there too for what it's worth.

Canned food is heavily processed. Its not like your granny is canning her garden veggies.

I have a friend who can't eat soy. We had her over for dinner.
A salad sounds nice. Wait, salad dressing has soy. OK, we'll make our own salad dressing. Wait, store-bought mayo has soy. Ok, make our own mayo.
The hole kept getting bigger the more we read labels.

Ground lamb, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, fresh parsley, black pepper. Mix, knead, pan fry in oil. You can make your own meat balls very easily. Hard to screw up.
Bake torn up or sliced bread in oven until it's dried out, then crumble to get your own bread crumbs. If your butcher doesn't carry ground lamb, they will grind it for you if you ask. You can also buy a beef steak or roast and have them grind that for better quality ground beef.

Nearly anything pre prepared has some in it, used as a cheaper filler. Make your own sauce and meatballs
