Got laid off to the lockdown and can't find a new job. IT, business, even janitorial work and bagging groceries. I keep applying and even got a preliminary interview on Zoom, but can't seem to get a foothold. I don't have any criminal record or a bad work history. So I don't know what's going on.
I'm behind on bills and will be homeless in about three months. Maybe four since the eviction process takes 30 days. But then I'm on my own.
I could try that. I'm good with people. No good with money but if I believe in a product, I can sell it.
I looked into checking out for a while. Unfortunately, I can't find a way around the sixth commandment, or a promise made to a loved one not to give up. So it's try, try harder, and find a way until something comes in
Yeah, this area was disproportionately affected by the drop in travel and tourism.
Based on your advice I'll try again to get a service job. Retail and grocery seem like dead ends (no offense), but if you get good at serving tables, you can climb the ladder to high-end fancy spots and eventually rake in high five figures.
Sounds funny today, but in a few years Deep Fakes could be good enough for streaming. Will make for some absolutely golden practical jokes, always wanted to call you up as your mom, nursing a dildo

She doesn't have to pray. I'm already there.

Look into car sales. Quick money can be made, and who knows, you might like it.
Edit- I hope everything works for you, brother. You will figure a way. Play the bad hand until you get a better one.

My 19- year olds each have a job, and are getting hired for a second job. It's grocery/restaurant/retail work, but it pays the rent
Might be your area overall is downtrodden?

Thanks for the response, honestly
