Got a company wide email today from my CEO stating that due to fentanyl floyd's death and the ensuing nationwide chimpout, my company is now to be undergoing mandatory annual "diversity and inclusivity" and "unconscious bias" training.
My company is based in an incredibly liberal city, so I'm surprised this wasn't already mandatory, but still. They have to realize the more they try to force us to love niggers and kikes and persuade us they're equal, the more we hate them and realize they're inferior, right?

I don't think either the CEO or the trainers care. The trainers just want the money and the feeling of power while they submit you to their humiliation ritual. The CEO wants both a Public Relations check mark, and a dodge for when the inevitable discrimination lawsuit hits them.
I don't know why shareholders would want this, but I would guess that there are some extremely rich share holders who have 'fuck you' money who want their own peculiar political agendas to be pushed on other people, even if it is a waste of money.
