As for why this case and not an actual instance of police brutality on black people,it's because they're trying to shift the overton window. See,a cop shooting a nigger in an obvious act of racism and murder wouldn't really spark any kind of debate. Cop was wrong and should be removed from the force and charged.

But you take an instance of where the cop justifiably shoots a nigger,an instance where anyone in that situation would shoot the nigger,and try to turn it into "racism,racism,racism" and you now have a "debate". You now have opposing sides. You now have a distraction from what you're really doing and trying to convince people that shooting a nigger is never justified. Making shooting the next nigger even harder.
