I normally use Sherwin Williams Duration Matte for inside walls because its a washable surface for kids and is by far the best looking product and the easiest to work with. If you need to do touchups a couple of years later it will touchup and completely dissappears, ya cant tell where your touchups are afterwards. It looks exactly like eggshell finish. Eggshell never touches up because of the polymers.

Interior ceilings I use PromarCeiling (best)

Dries flat emmediately covers great!

On interior trim and base I use Duration satin or SuperPaint semigloss.

Exteriors I use Duration Flat or Satin it also sprays great! If you brush and roll its easy to work with looks great afterwards. It lasts for a pretty long time depending your climate. Im in Charleston SC so we have a salt water atmosphere and exterior paint jobs last for 7 to 10 yrs. On the beaches.

In land will last for 10 to 15 yrs. Hope this helps.

So if a customer requested it you'd turn down the job? Over a commercial?
