We all allow for some constraints by government in order to achieve group harmony and the accomplishments that come with it. Your critiques are unworkable, as evidence that no society has ever successfully implemented them, and pessimistic.
I suggest reading The Law by Frederic Bastiat. It's a succinct essay on the value of the rule of law.

Where is the group harmony of having the majority of humans being in poverty? What accomplishments are there left in a society usurped by usury? Also, accomplishments are products build on our desires aka deadly temptations luring us towards death.
The laws of nature are fundamental; they are unchangeable and they govern this ecosystem. Humans are ignoring them and are getting their shit kicked in because of it. You are playing make-believe slavery while destroying yourself, because you don't comprehend that it is slavery.
Is there any other time period in the lie agreed upon called his-story with a human blood sacrifice ritual, where pregnant mothers let psychopathic killers rip their babies apart within the mothers womb, so that idols can wear the bits and pieces as a face cream, while the population is consuming fetal cells as flavor enhancer in soft drinks and chocolate bars, with an alleged body count of over 60 million dead babies? Btw did you know that pessimistic is a recent term that came to popularity right through the psychological propaganda era of the last century? What a coincidence; especially when you trace pessimism (another -ism) back to Schopenhauer and his jewish acquaintances.
Claiming ownership over that which nature offers free for all is the deadly temptation of selfishness (hedonism). It breeds greed, which creates envy, which turns into conflict. What follows is leadership, which somebody whants to claim so much that he starts claiming ownership over other humans, which gives power, which corrupts, which turns into rebellion against tyranny. Then the hedonist makes up laws to get the rebelling humans under control who don't want to be owned, which creates even more conflict, because his laws contradict the laws of nature. This is then followed by law enforcement to get the rebellion against slavery, which turns into a logistics problem, where a minority has to use violence against the violent response of the majority. A losing proposition, so a significant question came "how can we make them believe to give us what we want without resistance?" And religions were born; exploiting blind faith towards false authority (deities) to exchange the laws of nature with the laws of men (the rules of hedonists who want to own everything) in exchange for empty promises.
No thank you; I'm already surrounded by a species who doesn't comprehend the laws of nature, while every other life form does.
