It could be from a 24 hour tape. So they're standing around scrubbing through it waiting to get to the right part. Then they say "Ok, here we are, look close."
I didn't see the bit about reversing it though. If it actually was reversed that's odd.
Edit: Come to think of it, if it was in Israel why would they be speaking english? Maybe something in Hebrew sounds a bit like look close when you reverse it.

That makes no sense. 1. Why reverse it, and 2. Why say look close at all in that scenario... you don't need to look close to see what's happening.
