Vitamin D supports immunity, but I'm not so sure the average kid gets much of it in the US or Canada these days. They tend to play indoors a lot with electronics, especially in the winter. I am hoping that higher rates of vitamin D from summer sunshine, along with temperature and humidity increases, will help us fight the virus. Time will tell. We take vitamin D3 in the winter. I hope it helps.
