Almost.
I've been throwing knives since I was 8,9 definitely 10. My dad taught me the basics. How many rotations should it make, butt or blade held, the gist.
Well, I have taken that little bit of information and ran with it. I learned no-spin naturally, having never been told about it or seen it. Other than ALL anime ninjas no spin their garder tools.
But I was really breaking away from how people think knives are thrown.
First of all, if youre trying to stop someone from closing in on you, and think that you can rotational throw this right at him. Well, good job. You just gave him a weapon. Rotational throwing has its pros and cons.
Just like no or half-spin have theirs. But between Fedin, Mumyou-Ryu, and other unique instinct throwing, there is NOTHING more fun, stimulated, physical, self-defense, its so many things.
Alas, I'm basically alone. I don't know anyone who takes it as serious as I do. So I'm considering just plastering signs about a get together. Maybe even start a group.
So, besides FB, where should I advertise and what's one of the biggest draws from people whove never thrown?

Ha nice, you ever play disc golf? Those are super fun to throw compared to a regular frisbee.

Nope. I remember Ultimate Frisbee from gym class and the beach, etc. though.

They make "driver" discs designed for long range, they have a cool flight pattern that makes an S shaped path if thrown correctly.
