the human rights commission

Maybe I've just read a lot of biased articles, but I don't get the sense that a "human rights commission" in Canada is going to be deporting moslems - for engaging in moslem behaviors - any time soon.

This ain't 'Murica where jewish lawyers prowl the streets begging for a frivolous lawsuit to pop up so they can take it to their tribesman judge to fuck people out of their money.

Exactly. This is America, where you can file your own lawsuit against a jew and get some of your money back from him.

Of course it would be silly to file a lawsuit against moslem discrimination when they intentionally put themselves in that position in the first place. But for comparison, filing a small claims lawsuit here in California can cost up to $30. So "probably not", but it's technically possible for the lawsuit to be less costly. Remember that in San Francisco, a family of four trying to live on an income of less than $100,000 is considered to be poor, so filing fees might be waived.

San Francisco families earning $117,000 qualify as 'low income' - citation

Dude, there's just no comparison between the Quebec Civil Code & whatever prevails in any given state.

Our system is oriented to limit frivolous lawsuits where only feefees got hurt & to keep (((lawyers))) from chasing ambulances. Only in the last few years have there been attempts at changing that & it's rather unfruitful.
