You do, I'm not arguing that but you also need vegetables in your diet. Leafy greens are a great fiber source and they can be eaten at any time. Most LDL cholesterols bind to that fiber and then you pass it. Same with oatmeal

nah your farts could clear a gymnasium, but shockingly, you don't really shit that much and when you do it's pretty solid.

Secret to life: Metamucil. If you remember to take it daily, you literally don't ever have to wipe after about a week. Since I'm not a nigger who uses TP to pull the turd out of my ass (They actually do this), I do give a test wipe each time. TP always white as a ghost.

I have 1 or 2 bowel movements weekly. Avgs about 1.5 bowel movements. The key is to hydrate and empty bladder.
