Niacin, Oatmeal, Fish Oil, Leafy Green Veggies, Fish, Try to reduce sugar intake as much as possible, etc are natural ways to reduce cholesterol

Been on my latest keto diet for 2 weeks and woke up hung over today. Saw orange juice and it looked so cold, wet, and refreshing I said to hell with it today's a cheat day.

Chugged a half gallon and ate 2 twice baked potatoes I picked up, because cheat day. 20 minutes later, I pissed out my ass. It was an obscene amount.

70+% of the calories in steel cut oats is from carbohydrates. That's not healthy.

I eat about 10 eggs daily, only use butter. You need animal fats, no veg "fats".

You do, I'm not arguing that but you also need vegetables in your diet. Leafy greens are a great fiber source and they can be eaten at any time. Most LDL cholesterols bind to that fiber and then you pass it. Same with oatmeal
