You can dream fucker but they’re gonna see you coming. Anyone who wants jury duty is a suspicious SOB. I’ll give you one pointer though. During selection don’t have a book. A Paper book of any kind is gonna get you cut.

They like jurors dumb.

I've always wanted to get out of jury duty. All of a sudden I would be glad to serve my duty.

I think it's possible to bullshit the bullshit meters. I know enough attorneys to know exactly how to speak like their perfect victim.

The system lies to abuse me based on my color, so I have no qualms about lying back just to play chameleon and get in to absolve some productive White being systematically abused and destroyed by the very system of Government they are supposed to keep in line.

We need good memes that convey something like

Jury nullification protects races under siege. Do your part for your homeland.

So breath with your mouth during selection.

This is bang on. The system usually asks its questions in such a way as to suggest what the "correct" answer is. The average person needs to know what is expected of them after all.

We all probably have some tiny fraction of jew DNA. Put it to good use.

Damn - where was this advice twenty years ago when I was actually called to sit on a jury. During the selection process, the judge wasn't pleased about one of my questions from a lawyer. He basically asked me whether I knew the difference between right and wrong. I said that I knew the difference but there were many shades of grey and since we were in a court over the issue, we were beyond simple right and wrong. And Corporations were basically bullies so I would probably side with the home owners. He DID NOT like that answer and excused me without any further input from the lawyers.

You showed bias, judges don't like it when other people do that.

I did. And that was my intent. I did NOT want to be on a jury. But now, reading [OP]'s submission, I should have use the reverse theory and slammed the Company during the deliberations.

Yep. Easy, simple answers like "yes" and "no".

Critical thinking just gets you marked off the roll.

Yep, same thing happened to me. I pontificated a bit about being 100% sure about something and the judge asked me to leave, which I wanted. Next time I'll play along.

"The law is clear and the judge will tell me how to interpret things. It's important that I sit on the jury to give legitimacy to the judge's decisions."

Maybe that won't get you on the panel.

And admit it

Even if the nigger they are defending killed someone

Every other race shows bias towards their own race every opportunity they can. Whites are the only group that tries to be fair. Only need to look at what happens if an Indian gets a position where they have influence over hiring decisions for an obvious example.

Yes. Jury Nullification > jew laws. Jury Nullification can't be "appealed" by the prosecution I'm pretty sure. Something about double jeopardy.

Generally speaking, it is almost impossible for the state to appeal not-guilty verdicts. There are exceptions to every rule, but “not-guilty means not guilty” is about as close as it comes to being 100% true.

[–] anticlutch 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Well there are instance(s) of people going to jury trial, getting not guilty as a verdict, then coming out and admitting to it.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2015/04/01/man-found-not-guilty-admits-killing/70800518/

Though (((they))) get you for shit like perjury. Which is retarded as not perjuring in that instance would be self incrimination, which isn't allowed.

I served on a jury once and I know I was chosen because I was a professional looking man. The case had already been decided- the city had injured a woman and though they tried to fight it, they lost in a previous case. We were there to decide how much she got in payout. I will say the city is very, very corrupt (Not LA, but it is heavily blue) but they were fighting to pay the least they could even though they already admitted guilt.

I think they chose me because I would be more likely to take a side against her. I was watching them discuss it and it looked like her attorney 'gave' me to the city attorney so two others wouldn't get on.

The city lawyer didn't look Jewish but he did everything possible to cheapen her case (remember, they already admitted guilt). She was a recent immigrant from Poland and had to leave school to help out her parents in their store. He used that as evidence that she is lazy, I thought the opposite.

I won't go into more details, but if it wasn't for me she wouldn't have gotten as much as she did and it still wasn't enough. Everyone thought I was going way too high and "the city would raise taxes to pay for it". If they thought they weren't going to raise taxes anyway, they're stupid, I told them. There were a couple of younger white women that tried to play the woman card- 'I'm a woman and I think...' and then lowballed. Bullshit on that. If it weren't for me she wouldn't have gotten anything.

I looked a lot more respectable then so I don't blame the lawyer for thinking otherwise but still, fuck that. Even other white people weren't on her side.

That's why the jury pool is heavily curated by the courts. An upstanding white man is never going to get selected unless it's to convict a mexican for beating his wife. Meanwhile Fields' jury was full of literal Antifa members.

Fun fact: The reason cops always get off is because they allow civilian employees of the police department (like the secretary or IT guy) to serve on juries. Oddly they always get selected when a cop is being tried.

I've noticed this. I have been called and turned down for jury duty twice. I was amazed to see both times that some of the jurors that were selected were brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers of local law enforcement. Also retired public servants teachers, and tax assessors were put at the front of the line.

[–] sionblade22 2 points 3 points (+5|-2) ago

You're on voat didn't think id need to explain this to anyone.

White people act on principal and the higher virtue of justice and what is logically right ect.

Black people operate on the idea of justice enacted by the victim (s). As well as thebidea of seeing all black people as of your tribe. Sure they don't tell the police about the killer but they also expect Jamal's family to act and get revenge.

All white the society is all right.

When there's a non homogeneous society, rather than people operating on differences of ideas they act on differences in tribal.
