Sugar and Hydrogenated fats and oils are the major issues with heart disease. Natural fats and oils that are not over heated are beneficial to health... you're flat wrong.

Large amounts of "natural" and unnatural saturated fat as a percentage of your calories is bad for your health. You should have 10% of calories from 1/3 saturated 1/3 mono 1/3 poly. Eating flesh is a high source of saturated fat but the real kicker is the thing you didn't speak about but your cardiologist will, cholesterol.
