What the Niggerball league did this weekend for Kaepernick was actually pretty smart. They just lost a lawsuit to him for having supposedly "blackballed" him, when in reality he's just a mediocre player with too much baggage for any team to want. Yesterday they had a whole dog and pony show set up for him. 25 teams (that's most of the league if you don't follow niggerball) had reps there to scout him. Concession after concession was made in order to get him on board. He made increasingly ridiculous demands and pulled out at the last minute. Not only is the league now indemnified towards future blackball lawsuits from this prick, they have provable damages they can counter sue for, in the form of wasted revenue paying trainers and a film crew that were never used, travel for all the bigwigs that wasted their day, facility costs, etc. They also have a good footing to appeal the judgement that awarded Kaepernigger something like ten million dollars. It's safe to say no effort was made to keep him from playing, other than on his own part.

They don't have the balls to sue for counter damages.
