Just a tip for anybody using TripAdvisor. I have tried to post a negative review of a motel in Arizona several times, complete with photos and TripAdvisor keeps deleting the review. Emails to TripAdvisor have gone unanswered.

But the BBB does forward all complaints to the states attorney general and what used to be the cfpb. It's all a racket, like you said. A money grab.
