I have resolved to ignore any request to use a preferred pronouns. Free speech is paramount they won't be telling me what to say I am calling it like I see it not what it says it is. they means more than one person this shit is retarded.
"They" can be used for a single person pronoun, if the gender is unknown, e.g. "someone must have come here and they left the door open." Otherwise it's a clunky "he/she/them." I agree on not accommodating retard's delusions though, of course.
They/Them are anonymous pronouns representative of usually anonymous people. Self loathing to the point of running away in a crowd, but narcissistic to the point that everyone in the crowd has to be him.
Sam Smith on Twitter: "Today is a good day so here goes. I’ve decided I am changing my pronouns to THEY/THEM ❤ after a lifetime of being at war with my gender I’ve decided to embrace myself for who I am, inside and out...… /BSItIALSqb"
