no it's not hard for anybody at first because you can spread 30 push-ups over a half an hour time if you need to. The Only Exception is if you're really fat.

Doing them consecutively has more value than I think you are giving it credit for. I'd never count spread out ones as a total. its more like doing 5 pushups 6 times. Maybe that is where we disagree.

10 pushups are hard for some at first. But if you do them fast in hard in the space you carved out for 10 you can soon do 30. Or at least I sure can.
