Archived I need some advice from Voat's many Dietfags about some vegetarian propaganda I've seen going around and how to approach it (whatever)

There's this trailer on YouTube for a documentary called Game Changers in which a bunch of athletes claim that switching to a plant-based diet has changed their live and made them superhumans and that the rest of us should follow suit.
I reckon this is a load of horseshit that is targeting men to try and take on a diet that will aim to feminise us and make us weaker - more malleable. I was actually recently contemplating the carnivore (exclusively meat; no veggies or carbs) diet and since this total contrary started going round I wanted to know if anyone thinks it's a good idea.
Thanks.
