It was essentially ANTIFA personified. Faggots and Mudslimes are oppressed in a white nationalist, Christian, authoritarian, dystopia. Before all of this recent bullshit, I liked it the idea, but flipped the roles thinking it was a fun concept that would never happen. But here we are.

I have always felt that movie took great care to render a neutral totalitarian state. Yes they had the slogan Strength Through Unity, Unity Through Faith, the government run censorship, the government run camps and secret police but they also has massive corporate entities and most people in power got there through wealth generated on the markets. Even more so in the comic with its emphasis on anarchy.
That was what I was meaning back in the day when the anti Trump propaganda was first circulating, and the over arching Commie propaganda made itself clear. V for Vendetta is anarchist, but against Christians. Muslims and faggots are wanted and accepted, but burn anything against it.

They already did. It was V for Vendetta. I mentioned this a few years ago.

V for Vendetta was more anti-capitalist than anything. That's not inherently left wing. Capitalism and communism are two sides of the same coin.
That's if I'm remembering correctly, haven't seen it in quite a while

Oppression of Mudslimes and faggots by Christians. They make a huge point about the main guy being Christian.

interesting that makes total sense, i just never thought about it like that. there really are so many parallels to both stories.
