Definitely not bulletproof. I'm not going to dissect everything that's wrong with it but here are two examples.
It is fundamentally not recognizing genetics. The difference between individuals, families, and nations, could be thought of as a genetic one, and both the conservatives and the liberals that the author writes about are ignoring that. Its fine that he speaks to their positions on the issue, but he fails to note that women should not be given the right to vote, ultimately, because it reduces their genetic representation in the next generation, leading to the destruction of the nation, families, and finally the individual as well.
He doesn't understand economics. He believes, correctly, that double the workers will half the wages, but doesn't recognize that it also doubles productivity; if you make twice as many cars, they cost half as much. The real driving factor behind purchasing power stagnation is inflation a la the federal reserve.

Women do not double productivity.

OK true, but they do increase productivity. Of course where this should be applied is in the home, so you can produce more children, but the economy (in terms of wealth) should still improve if they work in the private sector.
Also, they probably don't half wages.

Are you saying that those Gender Studies degrees don't produce anything?

He also says that it means there's twice the workers looking for the same number of jobs. But, a lot of jobs exist to provide services to workers, so more workers = more jobs to a degree.
Lots of holes overall and imo the biggest one is that you can't change how things are now. It's impossible to now strip women of voting/working rights unless everything burns to the ground and gets rebuilt. So, time to think of a new strategy instead of lamenting the past.
