He walked into and out of the store almost immediately after fire alarms went off. Just possessing a lawful firearm is possibly getting this 20 year old guy 4 years in prison. He is literally being charged with making a terrorist threat.
The clincher for me, this kid is being called a terrorist for carrying a firearm, but he was detained by an off-duty firefighter who was....carrying a firearm.

Have you read somewhere it seem video of him holding the weapon? Going into Walmart with a weapon in your hand is definitely against the law.
