As it says there should not be ANY moderators. The users in /v/thedonald should have NO ability to decide for me what I can and can not see. that goes against free speech.
Listen to me, home of the /qrv/ community and masters of digging up dirt on pedos and dems: there is SO MUCH EVIDENCE that the powers that come with being a mod on reddit corrupt ABSOLUTELY. Time and time again the moderators on reddit have fucked things up by making bad decisions and being corrupted. It is so provable it is provable in a court of law.
If you LOVE free speech you should agree with me that mods should not be able to curate what is able to be said. Our votes can do that for us.

Zero moderation turns communities to trash. Closed arbitrary moderation makes communities stifled.

Moderators are like Borders, everyone should have their own.
Moderators are also sort of like a government, everyone should have one of their own.
The problem comes when you have moderators that don't belong to the community they moderate.
We don't have governments of our own, nor do we have our borders either. those both currently belong to hostile outsiders and they are acting accordingly. Our only hope is to have moderators that come from among us.

If moderation is absolutely necessary then we should be able to vote for who moderates and who does not.

Amen. But how could we avoid 100,000 fake votes from deep state actors?
