People are arguing with you, but I agree. Body type definitely comes into play when discussing how fat a certain diet will make a person. People obviously have different physiology. Some people can eat garbage and they're still thin.

That said though, there's nothing that says a fat person can't adjust their diet so they're not fat. Some people just have a stronger tendency to put on fat.

It's similar with putting on muscle. Some people can do it easily with just a little stimulus and a weak diet. Others have a hard time, even if they're doing everything right. That doesn't mean though that a hard gainer can't put on muscle at all.

Yes, I support that. I can't stand seeing lard beast drinking HFCS-laden drinks. I quit drinking that garbage when I was still thin, and for you it's even more imperative that you don't do. There you are going glug glug glug on that shit.

Yeah, those simple carbs in liquid form are the absolute worst, because they spike insulin (the fat storing hormone), and don't satiate you at all.
