Extract of Dendrocnide moroides (gympie gympie plant). It would be like poison ivy on steroids.

I thought the gympie tree caused irritation through urticating hairs rather than chemical reactions?
It does, and I’m certain no such extract exists, but in this internet fantasy it would presumably include said hairs.
