I did some research and if all conservative voters moved out of California and New York the rest of the US would be solid red. We really need to push movement to more conservative states.

Yep, as it is Oregon and Washington are almost half red, and the blue is just in the major cities. I like your idea, and it would ensure Republican rule, but is that enough? Trump is getting some legitimately good stuff done, like judges, but so many things are doing to crap, like the southern border. My fear is only so much can change and only if those in real power say it's okay.

At what point is a separate system needed to really get a government for the people?

I've never said that relying solely on existing electoral politics is the way to go. Everyone should vote, and organizing politically helps, but organizing socially, culturally, and economically is what's necessary to promote real change.

Conveniently, conservatively-minded people moving out of predominantly liberal states and associating with other conservatives helps both causes. Conservatives can't do much when they are in an area swamped with liberals, but when they are in an area with thousands of others like them real change can start to happen.

There were more Trump voters in California than the entire combined populations of 27 states. Move here and help take it back.

I lived in SD county in the mid 70s to 1980. Loved it. We have considered buying out in east county, or possibly Big Bear area. Somewhere rural.

And there were twice as many Hillary voters. She won California 60% to 30%. So conservatives would need to abandon 27 states just to be even with California liberals, and even then not for long with the rate of illegal immigration.

What is the conservatives' motive to move to California? To see their tax rates go up astronomically? To see their legally owned guns suddenly become illegal upon crossing state lines?

That's insanity. California is a beautiful state, but politically it is lost. Trying to stick around and save it is killing us.
