Is it to grow the pharmaceutical/cosmetic surgery market? Think about how much lifetime value the medical industry gets from surgeries, hormones, anti-psychotic, and therapy from each of these people. But I think that might just be a side benefit.
Or it's just what seems the more obvious answer: at this point, the people at the top level who push this kind of stuff are also the ones in complete control of the supply and flow of money. It doesn't matter any more if it is profitable or not, we've switched from products to propaganda - and when has profitability ever been the point of propaganda?
If you control the world's monetary system, to you it's just a closed loop of arbitrary value you can shift and assign as you wish, you reward the hamsters spinning the wheel the way you want, it's not like they can spend that money in a way that counters you anyway since it's a closed loop, no money you "spend" is ever really spent since it will come back to you eventually.
It's not about any profits anymore, since those who control things are rich enough anyways. Now it's about pushing the agenda and changing the world to their needs. We can only assume what the endgame is but now the agenda is to weaken every nation controlled by the white man, make the population easy to control (mixing whites with retarded brown people to lower IQ, creating fights to devide and conquer on all levels).
Creating degeneracy and chaos to destabilize healthy societies and minds and make rules, based on the degeneracy to push puppet politicians to control the slave nations that they created.
Look at "Black American cultureTM". It's literally entirely made up of products: Rap, civil rights movement started by media, clothing brands, "soul food", everything is a fucking product. They are the testing ground for an entire culture based on consumption. It works easiest and most successfully on them because they are the lowest IQ group in the US.
What do you think?
