There are groups out there that you could join to learn this stuff. The first salt reactor was built by two guys in a basement. I think they were scientists working for the government (if I am remembering correctly) and it took them a few years to build it. You might need to study nuclear physics and be really good at math, or partner with people who are. The point is that it can be done. They have models out there that cost $1 billion to produce and could power a small city for 100 years. And there are plans to mass produce them in factories, put them on a truck trailers and deliver them all across the world. If you add competition to this equation, you could theoretically reduce costs to $1 million each. Energy would basically be free at that point.
