Eye for an eye is a Jewish concept? Who do you think owned the merchant ships bringing the slaves from Africa? What race had %40 of their households own slaves pre civil war? Who do you think owns the slaves being held by private prison corporations now?

Here is a hint: https://thetorah.com/the-treatment-of-non-israelite-slaves-from-moses-to-moses/

Notable quote: you may keep them as a possession for your children after you, for them to inherit as property for all time.

Why are we allowing our own people to continue being enslaved? Renaming slavery and calling it justice is no different than putting lipstick on a pig.

The 13th amendment doesn’t even specify felony or misdemeanor...any “crime” you are convicted of. Let’s look at our options on a speeding ticket. 1)go to work and give us money you earned. 2)do community service( where you have to work and don’t get paid)...there is another word for that....3) go to jail... at least they air condition the hotbox these days.

This is slavery and we shouldn’t be allowing it to happen to our own people. I realize that’s just an opinion, but it’s my opinion and I am entitled to it.

Leviticus 24:19-20 19 Anyone who injures their neighbor is to be injured in the same manner: 20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. The one who has inflicted the injury must suffer the same injury.

I see also that it predates the Jewish texts. Anyway the ethic of Christianity and enlightened white nations is not this. Don't get me wrong; I agree with you on the general ideas of statism and wage slavery.
