Where is the huge difference?
If you go to the next verses of St. Peter in Chapter 2 verses 1-10. He talks about false teachers. "sects of perdition" which is in line with private interpretation.
The Douay-Rheims came before the KJV. Protestants even attack the Douay Rheims in the preface of the KJV. Plus the protestant bible leaves out 7 books.
You still haven't provided a verse that teaches bible alone.

Son, you are a lost cause.
I have, you are just looking for the word Bible on the verses which you know that you are not going to find, but you have plenty stating scriptures. Which you decided to ignore.
I feel sorry for you, for you are arrogant and can't even see through your offences to God.
I hope you find Jesus soon. Have a good day.

No, you haven't provided one verse yet that says scripture alone. You can deny all you want. Doesn't change the facts. So you concede if you want, but it's real simple, copy and paste a verse or passage for both us to look at to show your proof of sola scriptura being taught in the bible. You refuse to do it because you can't do it because there is none. You live by a false heretical doctrine and it is you who are full of pride and arrogance.
