but I do know if you grew up in the woods raised by wolves you'd have no concept of god and would be atheist by default

How do you know this? Has anyone ever actually been raised by wolves? How could anyone know what a person would believe if they were? Also, generally speaking, the more primitive a culture is, the more likely people are to believe in god or gods. So, maybe a person raised by wolves would be primitive enough to believe in the supernatural.

you think that all atheists or agnostics are being proactive in thinking thus exercising faith

This is not what I think at all. I'm saying that atheism requires faith, not agnosticism. Agnostics recognize that it is impossible to know one way or the other, because the "supernatural" can't be tested, proved, or disproved. Agnostics understand that faith is used to justify belief in the absence of evidence, and is therefore illogical.

I haven't thought about the tooth fairy in months or even a year+, does that require faith to not believe?

It doesn't matter how much or little time you spend thinking about it. If it can't be proved either way, then there is no way to know either way.

I know it's not real and am uninterested.

There's nothing wrong with being uninterested, I could never fault a person for not wanting to waste their life on unanswerable questions, but, how can you be so sure that you know? What body of evidence are you working with to support your supposed knowledge?

Howie Mandel doesn't count. He is an actor.
