You're absolutely right. The governance of the thing is as important as how it's constructed or it's mission. I wish there was more of a national conversation going on about creating such a free speech platform.

A quick google search makes me think "Yes" but the problem is that I spend a shitload of my time on the internet and I'd never heard of it until you brought it up. A "Public Square" has to be well known to the normies.
Any movie, book, tv show, podcast, newspaper, soft drink, fast food, video, song, bank, politician, comedian or neighbor should proudly proclaim "NO JEW" associated with their particular product.
Short of branding them on the forehead with a white hot star of david, it's the only way to be sure.

I agree with you, but the eyes of the majority are firmly shut to that idea. It'll take decades of chipping away at the propaganda to get them to see why that would be ideal. In the mean time, I'd just like to have constitutional guarantees of freedom of expression applied to these platforms.

Yeah, that's the problem. It's always one side or the other. I think there should be a social media option (probably as rundown, poorly maintained, and only vaguely functional; like basically every other government program) that can at least offer protection under US constitutional framework.

How about a "NO JEW" platform?

The solution is never more government.

I agree - It's just that the excuse can always be "Oh, well, we're a private company - we can refuse service."
When these things get so big and become such a default public discourse space, it's dangerous to the free flow of ideas, IMO.

The constitution is just a law, you know?
It means not that much as it can be changed, has been changed, and likely will be in the future.

How?
All the morons do here is, “reeeeeeeeeeee new poster reeeeeeeeeee gas yourself nigger kike shill faggot!”
This is a “free speech” site brigaded by /pol tards and trump stormer faggots who downvoat anything not part of their agenda.
Free speech cannot exist with both sides of the political spectrum controlling every platform to speak on.
