I remember that there was a site that tracked all of the movements of the NGO "refugee" boats. I forget how many there were, but I think it was between 12 and 22.
Lauren Southern (? and maybe someone from Identity Europa?) even got in legal trouble in Europe for trying to stop one of the "refugee" boats from leaving port, so either Greece or the old Italian government was very protective of the NGOs.
Granted, I am running off of an old barely-used memory for that "12-22" number that may be heavily outdated (and it is only of a site compiling the public reports of the NGO ships: who knows how many ships they have that don't broadcast their position as they dump the hordes all across Europe), but you can easily find the site that I'm talking about if you look hard enough (I know that the YouTuber Black Pigeon Speaks regularly had the site up in the background of his older videos on the European "migrant" "crisis", and that he has a habit of linking his sources in the video descriptions).
Either way, I don't think that we're dealing with a massive horde of NGO ships, but merely a small gathering of large constantly-moving ships that keep arriving with new human cargo before sailing off again. As such, closing the closest European ports from their Libyan "pick-up point" and capturing even 1-2 of their ships will deal a MASSIVE blow to their speed, even if their efforts won't be entirely crippled until either "someone (Italy, USA, or literally any country/navy with some actual balls) goes out into the Mediterranean and halts all of the NGO ships" or "Spain and Greece get their shit together" (at that point, their options will be "land everything along a short stretch of French coastline", "try landing the ships in the heart of Soros-hating Eastern Europe", or "try their luck sailing their NGO ships out into the harsher waters of the Atlantic", all of which will either "instantly turn France into either a nationalist country or a complete hellhole" or "stop so many of the attempts at 'migrant' drop-offs that the 'crisis' instantly ends".

ok yeah, that clarifies how many we'd be dealing with
yeah, even before the number of seized boats hit double digits, that is a SIGNIFICANT percentage of their fleet
even this 1 boat could be 10-5% of the whole

I'm talking about an incident months before Britain banned her from entry.
