Fortunately the good ones know to return the favor, which works out well. Strong relationships are a partnership.

I have a feeling you've got a good woman in your life.

Try searching based on virtues and qualifications, not just on how physically attractive they are. Here are a few good gender neutral baselines:

1) Do they have a real job? Starbucks or a make work govt job dont count.

2) Did they major in bullshit? No college is better than a degree in SocJus and debt.

3) Do they have debt? A modest mortgage is ok, anything involving credit cards is Hell No.

4) Do they budget? This will tell you if they defer gratification in general.

5) How many people have they had sex with? More is worse.

6) Why'd their last relationship fail? If they deny all responsibility, it's a huge red flag. Either they chose poorly, or they were dating Dr Jekyll...which is BS 99% of the time.

7) Are they a SJW?

8) Do they fight you for the check, or do they feel entitled to treat you like an ATM?

9) Are they honest?

10) Do they keep their word (timely, follow-through, etc)?

11) Can they communicate and handle conflict in a mature fashion?

12) Are they a Communist or some parasitical sympathizer thereof?

The core purpose of dating is very similar to a job interview. You're determining if they're up to the standard of being your SO, and likewise. Which means not only do you need to be willing to say no to hot messes, but if you're an unemployed gamer living in your mom's basement, you need to improve yourself.

Well said. It is common courtesy to return the favor.
