I’m against that for the same reason. And it makes it easy for systematic confiscation. Easy to make lists so brown shirts can run from door to door with a shopping cart.

My question to you: Why do you feel that you need a “permit” to exercise something you believe to be a “right”?

Because i dfended my self in a bar. Ended up getting a misdeamor assualt which ended up costing me close to 15k because i got kicked of airbnb as i wqs up for being a super host, lawyer cost 4.5k to lose, 2k in medical bills.. 14 months probation, 700 dollar fine, 50 hours community service.. 2 jurors said they believed my version, said they would have done the same thing, said street justice or common sense i did the right thing.. judge wrote up the charges in such an absurd way and the jury was basicaly told thry had to find me guilty... so ya do i want a felonly where i csn never leave the usa and neve4 vote and never have s gun because i know its right??? With the kangaroo court system we have i think id rather have a guarentee of my 2nd amendment rights nation wide rather then do8ng the right thing.. i did the r8ght thing once i will never again do the right thing help stop a fight etc... it is not worth it.

Typed from phone fast hope you get the jist of it.. we live in a dystopian future just most people dont realise it yet.

Well.. There IS a 2nd amendment. It's just that politicians have been trying for years to ignore that it's a mandated restriction upon government overreach. But if you want to live your life like an elephant who's been tied to a little peg all its life, that's fine. Just don't ask for a privilege when it's been a right all along, you'll get an answer you don't want.

Our overlords are NOT benevolent. They'll put a chip in your hand and brand you with a warning to others that you're a dangerous gun owner before they let you have your "privilege".
