Ding fuckin ding. Expect that if you come forward that your web browsing history will be examined -email history, interoffice chat history,, etc etc. They will look for anything they can find. If you've been smart, you might be ok, but if you're the average Joe off the street you've probably said something slightly off color in some 1 on 1 conversation at some point in your history with the company and this will be used against you. I see 20-somethings with everything under the sun on their screens or on their phones while they use office wifi. I worked in IT. I've been the guy that has to do this kind of investigation. It takes a very long time, but unless you're squeaky fucking clean they will find something.

Now even assuming they don't, you'll never be up for promotion and your raises will be around 3% a year if you're lucky.

Conservatives are barely different from a homosexual living in the 50's. Let the wrong people know and you're done economically and socially.

This all depends on the company of course, but you admit to living in a commie hell hole so proceed with caution.

This, minus the stealing. HR, like "Internal Investigations" for Police officers, only exist to protect the company itself from litigation. The correct way to go about this is to bypass HR and go straight to a lawyer.

Get recordings, especially if your state allows single-party recordings.

Whatever you do DON'T SAY THEY'RE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST WHITES. Instead say that they're deciding who to hire based on the candidate's race. Don't say which race, just say race.

If anyone says the word white, or minority, or POC, instantly interrupt them and say that it doesn't matter which race it is, it's illegal to discriminate based on race.

HR is there to protect the company. The only way to get them on your side is to say it's racist. If nothing's done you're going to the labor board. And when you do that, you won't tell them which race is being discriminated against, just that they're discriminating based on race.

That's an easy lawsuit to win. There are laws against retaliatory practices like that. They can claim a bunch of other bad things about OP all they want, but at the end of the day, it's easy to argue, "ok, if they were so terrible as you claim, why didn't you fire them sooner?"
