Austin and Houston yes. Dallas is a mixture. I think it’s still seen in a conservative light, but that might be an exaggeration. Its just traditionally seen as a big business city.
I live near Austin and were being taken over by California. Fortunately they don’t dare venture out of the Austin area.
Texas will remain red. Mexicans don’t vote. Hillary thought sje would win Texas, because of the Trump vs Ted Cruz thing(Canadian elected out of TX). Trump still won hard.
