uh, if you are going to make that specific claim, then you should probably back it up.
Also then consider that the cancer detection rate in single payer systems is going to be very high, but in a private system it will be very low.
chances are americans get a lot more cancer from shit lifestyle, and many are too poor for diagnoisis and treatment.
