Somebody with a low IQ and extremely poor emotional and impulse control, as laid bare by your crminal history, probably shouldn't own a firearm.
Although, I'm sure it will come in handy when you have to decide whether you go back to prison for some crime stemming from some impulsive, emotional outburst that you're too dumb to control, or eat your gun.
I'm thinking about the Ruger LCP 2 and daniel defense AR 15 m4v7. The glock mini 380 is also really good. The laser light is built in to the grip and has a slight increase in accuracy from the LCP however it is also slightly bigger, so not as easily pocketable.
I didnt even knkw about the passport thing.. People who commit serious crimes have zero forthought its fucking amazing, but im amazed daily by peoples stupidity.
Here in Illinois it's a 2 stage process. You can "expunge" your record through the courts but all that does is make it "less" available to those who can do those sort of checks. To truly have something removed from your record you have to have it done through the state's attorney and even then I'm not sure if they are totally clean. It's a pretty expensive process here too.
Congrats either way, it's a pretty big deal. If I were closer I'd take you out to celebrate.

Hate to break it to you - but it's never going away.
Public dockets are archived by the internet - the subject of the charge may go but the fact that a case happened will remain public record.
Only say this cause I was in a similar situation.

Congrats. In California we can only get our records expunged once so I'm waiting until I have something more serious than a couple misdemeanors.
[–] edistojim 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
So…..you planning something more serious ?
[–] Dildo-Shwaggins 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
I already do more serious stuff. Nothing interesting or wild but if a prosecutor wanted to run wild on me they probably could.
