What the fuck are you smoking, they're talking about biometrics (e.g. fingerprints). If we have a national ID card then we can require it for voting. You already have a state ID card (your drivers license) and possibly a federal ID (Passport).

Unless they start requiring us to carry it everywhere whats the big fucking deal?

Folding it in with DACA amnesty is fucked up though. Seperate legislation for seperate issues.

The biometric data is stored in passports and they get data through facial scans and dna

Facial scans is fine, even less intrusive then fingerprints. Some state DMVs already do this when they take your picture.

Where does it say DNA? Maybe if its already on file with them.

No way they'd get everyone's DNA for that thing. We don't have enough sequencers in the world to process that many DNA samples for decades.
